Aida and Lola are classmates and best friends. One morning Lola leaves the classroom to go to the bathroom, but she doesn’t return. With the help of a trusted classmate, Aida sets out on the trail of her missing friend, entering the darkest corners of the school.

Valentina Bertuzzi is an Italian writer and director. She grafts the Psychological Horror, Mystery and Sci-Fi genres onto each other to explore fractured identity and the collision between spirituality and new technologies. Her work was awarded in many festivals worldwide, and was exhibited in important museums both in Italy and abroad. Recently, she was a finalist at the Biennale College Cinema International within Venice Film Festival.
