On the Ark of Men, animals no longer exist and vegetation is dying. To ensure their survival, Men have made a pact with the Caticians, inhabitants of the neighboring Ark, to have food. The friendship of J and O is severely tested when both of them are chosen the same year to submit to the Caticians Pact’s rules.

Dorian Escourru after general studies in Art, moving from MANAA to Prépa Gobelins, it was with a DMA in Animated Film at Sainte Geneviève that he finally touched the profession of animation. This first training will lead him to favor the use of traditional techniques. After graduating from EMCA as “Project Manager, Designer and Director of Animated Film”, he will repeat this exploration in all the universes he deals with, in particular with the science fiction short film “The Chosen ”, which will be his graduation film. Today, his projects are intrinsically linked with music, through which exchanges of personal universes and cultures, nourish both plural aesthetic approaches and social themes.
