Visioni Fantastiche is a film festival for schools, but also for all the great audience of movie-goers thanks to a festival program rich in screenings and events that next October will make Ravenna an unmissable place-to-be for all movie-lovers, in particular of the fantastic film genre.

It’s to this very set of initiatives that this “extra way” refers to. While mornings and afternoons will be mainly dedicated to formative activities for students – namely International Competition, Laboratories and Master Classes -, late afternoons and evenings will be proposing a series of appointments open to all and for which registration is not required.

Fantastic Premieres are exclusive projections that will characterize the Festival nights with a series of prestigious films selected by the Artistic Direction and best film critics of our territory. Another relevant section is the retrospective that this year will be focusing on the master of animation Hayao Miyazaki. Interactive Space is a stationary location conceived as a place where to study and make cinema and where students and youngsters participating at the Festival can stop to continue fantasizing, in between one event and the other.

This is just an anticipation of the program, that will be entirely available on this website starting from the beginning of September 2019. In the meantime keep following us, we’ll be revealing all laboratories and master classes soon!
